Shipping policy

Effective date: 16 July 2026

Kinmoire Studio currently delivers only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Standard tracked US shipping is included in the $89 product price. Applicable sales tax is shown separately before payment. We do not offer international delivery at launch.

A digital proof is supplied for approval; no physical sample is provided. Physical production begins after:

1. You approve the digital proof.
2. The $74 balance has cleared.
3. We have a complete, deliverable US address.

Before requesting the $74 balance, we will provide the current estimated production and delivery timing.

We will dispatch the order no later than 30 calendar days after all three requirements above are complete. If we cannot dispatch within that period, we will contact you with a revised date and ask whether you accept the delay or prefer to cancel for a prompt refund. Where required, an order will be cancelled and refunded if consent to the delay is not received.

Delivery dates after dispatch are estimates because carrier conditions can change. Tracking information will be sent when available.

Check your delivery address carefully. Contact business@azturaltd.com immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch.

If tracking is delayed, an order appears lost, or the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number. For damage or quality problems, include clear photographs where possible. We ask that delivery problems be reported within 30 days so we can investigate promptly, but this does not limit statutory rights.
